Imagine the sounds of a future where power as we know it is turned inside out. What does technofeminism sound like in 2020?
This five-day intensive seeks to give young women and non-binary creatives the tools and skills to craft a soundtrack to a future that subverts the inequalities of the present.
Workshops will focus on skills such as synthesizers, DIY electronics, DJing, Ableton Live, spoken word, and more – with some of Melbourne’s most cutting edge artists as mentors.
Please note this workshop is for young women and non-binary young people only. Register here by 6 December 2019.

Signal Summer kicks off on January 13 and runs until January 24 with ten days of art, creativity and inspiration. There will be workshops in film, theatre, fashion, sound and visual art. The program culminates in a showcase on January 24 where all the works will be exhibited, screened and performed.
